Frequently Asked QuestionsHow long will my order take to arrive? Orders for items which are in stock will be despatched within 48 hours. What does my 'shipping' charge include? We use only the most reliable couriers to deliver your goods. I would prefer not to place my order online. Can I still order goods from Luminati? Our sales office is open from 8:00am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Can I request a Saturday delivery for my order? We are always happy to arrange for your order to be despatched on a Saturday delivery service. Do you offer a hire service on your products? We do not offer a hire service. Do you offer trade discounts? We try to ensure that the prices listed on our websites are as competitive as possible for the quantities listed. Can I hang my frame on the wall in any orientation? All of our wall mounting acrylic frames can be hung either way to allow you to display your prints in either a portrait or landscape orientation. Am I able to add to my order once it has been placed? Of course. The sooner the better if you prefer for the whole order to be sent at the same time. How can I keep my acrylic products clean? Use only warm soapy water and a soft cloth to clean any acrylic panels. How do I put up an acrylic poster kit? Take one panel and position in desired location on wall, using the panel as a template, mark the centres of each hole onto the wall. Which size frame should I choose? The panel sizes for each of the frames are detailed on the website page. I live outside of the UK. Can I order from Luminati? Many of our customers live outside of the UK. Will I need to be at home to receive my delivery? We are not insured to leave your order in an unsecure area, therefore it will need to be signed for. Am I able to set up a trading account with Luminati? As a progressive business we welcome account customers, however we do not offer the facillity of payment by invoice for one off orders. Can I request a next day delivery? If the item that you have ordered is in stock and if the courier has availbility on the next day shipment then we will try our best to despatch your order on a next day delivery. |
